February 2nd, 7.30 – 9.30pm

Scarborough Library Amphitheatre
173 Gildercliffe Street, Scarborough

Join some of Perth’s finest wordsmiths for an evening of verse and music under the stars exploring the theme of liminality*.

Pack a picnic, rugs or cushions and bring your family, friends and neighbours.
Please note: the amphitheatre is nestled amid the Library and Civic Centre buildings. There is ample parking around the outside of the buildings. Seating is tiered grass so bring your own low backed chairs or blanket if you don’t like sitting on grass.

*Derived from Latin limen meaning “threshold”, liminal refers to a transitory, in-between state or space, which is characterized by indeterminacy, ambiguity, hybridity, potential for subversion and change. In narrative, it is often associated with life-changing events or border situations.

This is a free event proudly sponsored by WA Poets Inc and The City of Stirling as part of the Summerset Arts Festival.
